Time : From 9AM to 3PM
Tide : Spring tide. Flood tide at 07:50AM, and down, Ebb tide at 01:21PM, and up, Flood tide at 06:56PM
(Tokyo Standard Time. -30 min at Mera)
Weather : Fine after cloudy. A little strong north wind . The condition of Sea was not calm.
Target Fish : Amadai etc
Tackle : 2.1m rod. line No was 3.0, line length was 2m. Hook was Chinu No.3. Weight was No.50.
Depth : 50`90m. Htting zone was 1m to 2m over the bottom.
Bait : Krill.Ground bait was nothing.
Fishing results : one Amadai of 40cm and one Kawahagi of 25cm. 20 Toragisu of about 20cm.
MEMO
I have left my home port "Harbor Tsuhama" by my fishing boat. The target was Amadai etc. I went to south direction off Hota in the condition of a little strong north wind. I arrived at the place off Hota for about 30 minutes and bigan to attack my usual point off Hota in Chiba prefecture for Amadai. I have had difficulty by small fishes but got a big Amadai of 40cm and a big Kawahagi of 25cm. I also got 20 Toragisu of about 20cm. Sashimi of Toragisu is very delicious.
Point
- Amadai live in bottom of 40 m to more than 100m depth of mud and sand condition. You have to search such place by sonar.
- It is effective to tempt the fishes by going up and down the rod because keeping away from small fishes.
